Built on a promise to help.
Edward T. Jackson, Jr. (Ned) moved to Jacksonville, Florida, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he had a neighborhood law practice charging $1.00 for legal advice.
In addition to opening a law practice downtown, he opened the first Ned Jackson tax office in 1946 on the corner of Clay and Adams Street. At one time, it became the largest tax office in Northeast Florida, serving more than 10,000 tax clients.
Today, the firm is still family owned and operated. We currently have four locations, and our office managers bring extensive knowledge and experience—many have been with us from 26 years to more than 53 years.
